Glass: Blow Your Own Ornament - Make 6

Service Description

Feel the heat as you help make 6 ornaments (or suncatchers) from molten glass under the direction, and with the assistance, of our resident glassblower, Paul. You will pick your colors, dip the molten glass into colored frit, re-heat the glass in the "glory hole," blow into the blow tube, and knock the ornament off the pipe. This 90minute (1-1/2 hours) session can be booked for up to six people. Book a different package if there are more people in your group or you want to make multiples for gifts. We can accommodate approximately 4-6 people/ornaments per hour. Each time slot is for six people/six ornaments. Minimum age is 8 years old. Youth 18 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. HOT GLASS REQUIRES OVERNIGHT COOLING. YOUR GLASS PIECE(S) WILL BE READY TO PICK-UP ON THE NEXT DAY (following your experience) BETWEEN 10 AM - 4PM (or as specified during your experience). If you cannot return to pick up your piece, we will make other arrangements, including shipping at an additional cost.
