Group Events: Blow Your Own Ornaments

Service Description

Feel the heat as your group makes ornaments (or suncatchers) from molten glass under the direction, and with the assistance, of our resident glassblower, Paul. Each person will pick their colors, dip the molten glass into colored frit, re-heat the glass in the "glory hole," blow into the blow tube, and knock the ornament off the pipe. We can accommodate approximately 6 people/ornaments per hour. We book large groups Monday-Thursday for experiences, but you must call to make arrangements. Minimum age is 8 years old. Youth 18 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. HOT GLASS REQUIRES OVERNIGHT COOLING. YOUR GLASS PIECE(S) WILL BE READY TO PICK-UP ON THE NEXT DAY (following your experience) BETWEEN 10 AM - 4PM (or as specified during your experience). If you cannot return to pick up your piece, we will make other arrangements, including shipping at an additional cost.
